1. Service Description
CommentCraft is an AI-powered tool that helps teachers generate report card comments. The service uses artificial intelligence to create suggested comment text based on information you provide about your students.
2. AI Disclaimer
Important: All comments generated by CommentCraft are suggestions only. As the teacher, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all comments before including them in official report cards. CommentCraft does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of any generated content. You should always review generated comments for accuracy and alignment with your school's policies.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CommentCraft
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for the student information you input
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free accounts are limited to 10 comments per month
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99) or annually ($29)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time from your Settings page
5. Intellectual Property
You own the comments generated for your use. We retain no rights to your generated content. The CommentCraft platform, branding, and technology remain the property of OptiFlow Build LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
CommentCraft is provided “as is” without warranty. OptiFlow Build LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of generated comments. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
